One of the most eagerly awaited telescopes we've released for a long time is finally on the way!
The Sky-Watcher 150mm "Black Diamond" ED refractor will be available in Australia from the 20th July 2018.
The Australian RRP is $3,399.00
- 150 mm apochromatic refractor with matched lens assembly with one ED element - 1200 mm focal length (f/8) - Dual-speed 2” Crayford-type focuser - Tube-ring attachment hardware with V-style dovetail plate - Aluminum case - M48 adapter
Please note they will only be initially available in very limited numbers in Australia. More will be available in the coming months. The 80-120mm versions of these telescopes are extremely popular with astrophotographers and we've had constant enquiries about the 150mm since they were announced.

It was only Wendy's second time out with the Sky-Watcher mount as well. We'll let Wendy explain:
"My very first time at stacking! This is 20 shots at 59 seconds f2.5 Nikon 50mm prime. Nikon D850 mounted onto the Sky watcher star adventurer.. The sky watcher was a huge advantage in such windy conditions."

We lost count of exactly how many people we showed Jupiter to over the course of the evening, but it was several hundreds and there was a long line queued up waiting for the telescope all night. Over 2,500 visitors braved the autumn cold and spent their Saturday night under the stars at this great event. ... See MoreSee Less
